Steve is an expert at anything home network, TV, SKY or aerial related. He hooked up a new Cat6 set up in our house and installed a new TV and SKY Q in 3 rooms. He knows exactly what he'd doing and gets it done. Highly recommended.

Sky installation
Normally, I wouldn't bother with a review, however, after having a complete nightmare trying to deal with sky directly and their engineers, a friend of mine recommended Aeriels, satellites and freeview as they had them install their sky, and later a complete security system. I called them, spoke to not only a helpful lady but an extremely knowledgeable one at that, I actually thought that she was the engineer at first. I got a quote, was happy, and on my next day off this young, well mannered gentleman tuns up. Gets everything done and even takes the time to show me how everything works.

Having used the services of this company for many years at my Central london business, and indeed my own home and that of my family, I am very disappointed that Checkatrade has allowed a review from an individual who has a personal vandetta and set out to destroy this reputable company that many of us use on a regular basis. The reviewers dishonesty, and dishonourable review has displayed the fact they were out to discredit and destroy someone who prides himself in good customer service. New aerial in the loft
I had a new aerial fitted in my loft with Steve who was excellent throughout and went above and beyond, on the same day virgin was getting fitted in my house and Steve actually helped out the virgin man who was having problems with the cable coming into the house, without him virgin wouldn’t have been fitted that day, a fantastic job and also very clean and tidy, would 100% recommend this company
Installation of new digital aerial and then run to 5 no. Rooms around the house.
Turned up on time, polite and friendly, understood the remit, discussed what was required and made sure that we understood if there would be any disruptions (which apart from a bit of drilling, was minimal). All 5no. Rooms have a great signal and all TV’s were programmed and ready to go with our new service. Neat and tidy job, and an all round decent company to deal with. Would and have happily recommended.

Amazing service. Was let down by a previous company. Obtained a quote for supply and installation. Agreed the cost and installation date. Work was completed as agreed, very neat and tidy. All round great service, would highly recommend.
Install a satellite dish
Installation of a satellite dish on a commercial (now residential) property with 80ft of cabling into my premises. Exceptionally promp, polite, professional and great value. Would certainty recommend.
Relocate Sky Q cable under floorboards
Excellent service from Steve. He attended and supplied a quote within a couple of hours of contracting him. The work was carried out on the agreed date and his communication regarding arrival time was nice touch as it meant that I was able to plan my day. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and the room left clean and tidy. He even sorted an issue with the TV bracket which I had hung incorrectly as well as sorting out some lose brickwork at the front of the house. I would recommend Aerial Satellite and Freeview without hesitation.

Moving the sky q box in our house and enabling a wireless use of the sky box by using aerial socket
Great price and the work was carried out very quickly. Stevie suggested a way of wiring our sky box that was much more effective, and being wireless it means it also looks much better. We will definitely be using him again.

Urgent moving of TV and phone cables
We needed to get some phone and TV cables moved urgently so as not to hold up the building work in my basement. Steve was extremely helpful trying to slot us in and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.
Asked Steve to fit new coax and aerial.
Steve turned up on time got straight to work, explained why our old aerial was destroyed by rain into the connection joint. Fitted all new coax on the roof. Best tv reception we've ever had.

Steve was great. Before the job he was efficient in quoting and above all communicative. The job proceeded as planned, and he was very considerate in making the installation as invisible as possible - going the extra mile and making on site changes to make everything out of sight.
Replacing aerial, enabling TV to be viewed in three different locations , setting up Freeview
Having taken down the old visible aerial, I couldn't see that Steve had installed the new one. I was just about to remonstrate with him when I just detected the tip of the aerial just above the roofline. He had located so discretely it could not be see - and yes, it works perfectly! A great job professionally executed.
Poor TV aerial reception - unknown cause
Timely and efficient diagnosis of TV reception fault and provided immediate solution at a reasonable cost. Very pleased with outcome and Steve's service.

Rectify internet and security alarm cabling
Steve came to us as a recommendation and what a recommendation it was, helpful, full of useful tips and very polite. Our internet was moved and nothing worked, Steve found, rectified and even sorted out our CCTV for us all in the space of a few hours. Would use him in the future for anything we can.

Freeview aerial replacement
Bit of back and forth confirming an appointment but when Steve arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue, suggested a repair but unable to do so installed a replacement. Sorted in less than 20 minutes.
